The air clears a bit more on the ZF range for Nikon F mount. I have only worked with their lens on the Sony DSC V1 and P200 models and I found it to be very nice. I had tested few compacts with and without Carl Zeis lens (other being Sony's own contraption) and the difference was in your face.
I hope their SLR range lens are as good. Planning to make forays into the SLR field soon and Nikon system seems to be appealing.

| A matter of price, I suppose. I used to shoot a Contax g2 and love it and the lenses that came with it. The expectation would be high for these lenses, and the prices are likely to be skyhigh as well. |
