Hello gang!
I have spots on my photos. They are only noticable in light situations, but they are noticeable. It almost looks like a water spot. I thought it might be a dirty lens, but when I switched them out, it was still there. Could this be a spot on my mirror? and if so, how the heck would I clean that? Thanks in advance!! |

sensor needs cleaning There are numerous threads about it in the forums. A simple search should do the trick.
There should be the procedure to follow in your manual. Don't touch the sensor. Don't use canned air!!! If you go to the drugstore and get a nasal syringe, they work well and are cheap. I use one. Just keep it in a bag and only use it for the sensor.

Appreciate the help and quick response I will search through and see what I can find. If you happen to see/know a quick link a post would be appreciated. (lazy...yea, a little) |

Thanks Meg, I was just looking at that one.
Essentially, I can utilize a Q-tip and some alcohol? From what I read I mean |

I would not use a Q-tip. It will likely leave strands behind.
I would first try blowing it off with a bulb blower. They sell some pretty strong ones at most camera places. I have never had to clean my sensor as yet. I do blow it off periodically.
edit: I hate laptop keyboards!
