Raising funds for the new Canon when released, reluctant ot buy the 20D at the moment as I have a history of buying just before a new model is announced. Camera is in excellent condition and has taken around 13,000 shots. How much do you think I should ask for it? Will chuck in a couple of CF cards as well, 2 x 512mb although they have been well used and are not a big name brand & infra-red remote control. Camera will be boxed with all original software/cables/manuals.

I guess around £550, you might get more on ebay and if you sell 70-300 lens on it`s own. |

You should get between $650 and $700 plus shipping.
That's basically the package I've bought two of recently, and that's about what we've got in both of them. |

Is it the 70-300 IS or the 75-300 III USM? Big difference in price is why I ask. The 300d seems to go for around $550 on FM and the grip for probably another $75. Kit lens is about $60, 75-300: $150, 70-300 $525. Wait until the 50d is announced and pick up a 20d then...from what I've seen the specs won't be that much improved so the 20d will still be a great camera for a reasonable amount. Sell the 300d as soon as possible though as its price will drop upon announcement also. |
