| Deschanel and Ferrell singing this song was the highpoint of 'Elf' in my mind. I was very disappointed when they used Leon Redbone on the soundtrack instead of Ferrell. |

wishing for the cold...it is currently 33 degrees centigrade (~91 fahrenheit) in my house...
any northern hemispherians want to swap?!?!

It's 9 degrees here in Yorkshire - actually fairly mild for this time of year. I expect we'll drop soon and the snow will arrive again!
Anyway I have got a huge open fire going in the lounge and a beef stew in the oven so when John gets in we shall just snuggle!

| Tom Jones and the girl out of Catatonia did a great version of this song, its on the album Reload from Tom Jones. Well worth a download from iTunes I recon, infact the whole album is good |

| We're setting record warm days here (I think it's around 75F here today and I have my house opened up) and record rain droughts. We need some rain so bad. There is even becoming a shortage of hay here now. One of the worst years ever for Texas. DocAchoo or anyone else getting major rain please send us some down here. |
