If someone had used todays events as a movie script they would be sued for plagiarism - they traded a hostage for cigarettes? What was it in the movie, pizza?

| Yeah, pizza was part of it. Pacino played that role so unusually, but well of course. It wouldn't be considered plagiarism though, right? Especially if you change some names. But who would believe hostage for cigarettes? |
