For the past 6 months, I've wanted to upgrade my lenses. So the other day, I ordered 2 lenses from B&H:
1. Tamron SP AF 28-75mm f/2.8 XR Di
2. Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM
Are those good choices...not just now, but for down the road (I didn't want to buy equipment that was going to go out of date in a year or two)? I did a lot of research, so I'm pretty confident in my decision...I just wanted a little moral support from the DP community (I guess I'm feeling a little buyers remorse...just a little). Thanks!

Don't even feel any remorse!
Two of the best choices you could have made.

I don't think you've made a bad choice! Here are some pictures taken with the Tamron sp af 28-75...

That makes me feel better. I spent more money on the Canon lens than I did for my camera! But I do understand the nature of photography...lenses are very important.

I own the SP AF 28-75mm f/2.8 XR Di and it is a great lense! all the photographs on my site are taken with it.
