I caught this shot of my daughter and one of our dogs this afternoon. They were waiting for hubby to come home. I took it from the outside so you can see the reflections on the glass. I still think it turned out nice.
Waiting for Daddy

And here's one of her old tricycle. It's been sitting in the ivy rusting away since we moved in here last summer.

nice but the first pic doesn't really say 'waiting for daddy' to me.

i really like the first image of your daughter. it's soft, but i think the softness works with the peaceful/happy expressions of your daughter and the dog. lovely candid.

i wouldnt border it in black though. it just doesnt quite fit with the brown tones in the image.

Well i wasn't titling it for critiques. that's what I saw in it myself since I"m the one that took it, but thanks for your input lol.

Thank you for the suggestion on the border Up. I'll play around with it and see what I come up with. I adjusted the softness on purpose- one of the few days I haven't had coffee shakes so it actually came out clear when I took the shot lol.
