I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but seeing as there is regular debate on the 'title' of an image and how it may or may not stretch the actual image to meet the challenge - how about a challenge where the title is mandated and image has to fit the provided title - or even providing a mandated title 'toghter' with a challenge subject.
