He even has two source images posted at photobucket as if he took the shots himself to fit the contest - photoshop an impossible image.

Sheesh. Wonder how much of his other stuff is plagiarized?
Prolly all he'll get is a slap on the wrists, having the photo removed. Hope they are more severe with him, but I'm guessing not.

There is an old Shakespear line " he who steals my purse steals trash". In your case Shannon it seems your shots are good enough that someone can steal your shot, and lie to say they had to use Photoshop to make the thing, and still win! Quite the backhanded compliment.
