Popping up and down out of my recliner waiting for the UPS man to get here with my new lens: Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0L USM. (I've already added it to my profile.) I'm hoping he'll also have the flash I recently bought of a fellow DPCer provding they shipped UPS.

Dang - why can't that driver be here already! I want to get out and start shooting already!

Oh I know that feeling all too well. They never get there when you want them to, OR they get there the day you want them to, but you had to run to the store "real quick" only to return 10min later to see that dreaded slip on your door "will attempt to deliver tomorrow" UGHHHHHH

Hopefully they will make it soon, so you dont go to crazy!!

I feel like a gopher in his hole.

My first day back at work for over a week. I feel a little lost, so I'm mostly hiding under my desk today.

I can't remember how that feels Slippy - I'm always at work, hardly ever off for even two days in a row, let alone a week! I do plan on taking a week in October though - have a trip to Isle Royal planned to go Moose tracking during the rut season.

Do you have a tracking number? That is always the worst, because then you can SEE that they have it IN town....and you just know its driving around on a truck somewhere....GET TO MY HOUSE ALREADY!!!!

Good job on cancelling the appt.!! They will not defeat you! lol

I'm in exactly same situation. My Tamron 28-75 finally reached Finland this morning and should be delivered here during this evening. Yeah, I wouldn't mind if he ringed the doorbell right now. :p

You know your are in trouble when you keep hitting refresh on the tracking number and seriously wonder why it cannot be real time updates - how hard could it be to tie that website into the GPS location of the handset :-)

I think I had almost rather he just show up at my door, with the website saying it was still hundreds of miles away, than to know it was within 10-15 min of me, and I couldnt get it!!!!
