How do I get my photo to the correct dimmensions to submit to a challenge. The dimension and file sizes are both too big and I don't want too loose quality. I use Coral Draw to edit. Can anyone assist?

Corel draw? isn't that a drawing program, not a photoediting program?

Anyway, resize it to 640 on the long side, and the other side will just be proportionally correct.

then do a SAVE AS and choose JPG. ALL jpgs have an option for compression - pick a compression that makes it 147k (150,000 bytes) or smaller.

Photoshop Elements came with your camera. load it and use that.

You have already asked this twice in the forums. No need to keep repeating things. Check your other posts for some good answers.
