Another newbie... This is a very popular tourist area for this time of year. I had to try and take a shot without people in it.. it was very hard.
Enjoy, comments welcome :)

Is that the same land mass (from the other direction) that was in the background your fisherman image?

It must be so cool to be where you're at. I love the flat of Alabama but it affords much less dramatic imagery.

It is very cool where I live.. although I think sometimes I take it for granted. I must try and absorb it a little more. I really do live in a gorgeous place. I am very lucky. As usual, thanks for commenting. :)

Hi Lisa, I will be on holidays at Pearl Beach week beginning the 7th January. We are seriously considering buying there as it is just a little piece of paradise. You can get some really nice photos from just above where you took this photo ( you just need to go bush a little bit) but really worth the walk. Another favourite place of mine is at the lookout at the northern end of the beach. I spend hours with my camera down at the beach and out on the rocks.

Hi Fiona, enjoy your stay when you are here. I have done the walk you are talking about. I didnt do it that day for 2 reasons, it was very very hot and i had 3 kids with me. Just thought it was easier to walk on the flat.
