May wanna' yell at me too ya know. I helped myself and butted in on this thread, but did briefly explain what I did.

Go ahead, try ME on for size. I will surely get this thread locked.

This ain't about you Brad. Don't get a big head. Not only was your shot an improvement, but you also showed the OP how to get there. There is a right and a wrong way to do things. If critiquing bear's edit was not pleasing to his fans so be it. Don't expect me to be quiet just because someone might get their feelings hurt. Bear's a big boy. He can take it.

I really want to thank everyone for their help.. I am learning a new hobby in my 50's and I love it... I learned also that my picture was not being uploaded as it should be... and I am thankful... I learned that photoshop is a powerful tool if you know how to use it and I got great tips on doing just that. I am grateful.. It is Christmas and I have shelter, food, clothes and a wicked camera that this granny is gonna learn with the help of you wonderful people ... I am very grateful... I think that would make a neat challenge... depict via the camera grateful, Yes, lets do that one day. or now even if not a challenge... just a thought... Merry Merry... Maggie :)

Robt.

Right.

"Just one way to go" as in: "Just one of many directions this might go in." I'm also in receipt of a PM from OP thanking me for my efforts and asking for further advice, to which I responded. Sheesh...

It's more how you did it. What happened to southern manners? ;o)

Many were destroyed when the south was defeated in the civil war. Over the years many more have fallen into disrepair and neglect. Here and there throughout the south a few historic old southern manners still stand.
