Last week I graduated from Elephants 2 to 4 and I'm impressed. Definitely worth the investment, imho. It's powerful AND user-friendly.

I picked up a copy of Elements 4. Great program. But you need to add a download call curvemeister.

This is a great addition to an all ready good program.

Michele,

My recommendation to you is to look on the Adobe web site and do a scan in Google to see what the upgrade from 3 to 4 includes and draw your own conclusions. That is always the best way.

I just upgraded my PS v7 to PS CS2 and am very happy with it, but I knew what I was getting by doing what I suggested (Plus reviewing the product with friends who already have CS. :) ).

Good luck with your decision.

Why would I pay the same price I paid for Elements to add a curves plugin?

Read something on Cnet that said that your PC must be XP, NO win2K.

They said they have enhanced the selctions tools, and I read elsewhere that the image browser was a little different. Otherwise, not much different.

I'd wait for 5, or save the money for CS2 or something.
