Yeah, looks high key to me. Pretty much fits the description of high key. Looks good. Not real fond of the blue toning though, but that's just my taste.

Here's one with no toning (or less toning at least... I just figured out to colorize so I'm a lil trigger happy)

Just a pointer with high key. Her right arm, my left... the detail is blown, she needed to be exposed just a little less so that you at least get the contour of the arm. Not much, just a little. Perhaps turning her into the camera would have fized this.
Overall, though I do like the portrait.
