yeah, it goes for around 99 dollars. kind of hard to find them these days, no one is really restocking since they have to stock new ones for the XT

| BG-E1. It makes a world of difference to the feel of the camera. Best thing (besides lenses) I ever got for my camera. I did a deal with my old Canon rep (I used to sell cameras) that if I sold so many units of A40's she'd give me a free battery grip. Needless to say I worked my arse off to make the quota. Make sure you get a second battery to go with it! |

I would go with a minumum of four batteries, two in the grip, and two fresh to swap out.There are few things worse than getting where you want to shoot with lost of gigs of storage and only enough battery for ten exposures.
I do love my grip, people still tell me I need to get a grip, don't they see I have one? |
