I call it flying free, if not blind, when both you and Neil STRETCHED the image into a horizontal configuration, eh? :-) I restricted myself to the usual advanced editing rules, like a good boy...

NOPE - was only cropped to a panoramic-appearing layout. I felt the sky wasn't adding to the shot and hacked it off!
Maybe your monitor(s) is(are) whack(ed). :D

About 20 minutes, all done on the original layer, converted, shadow/highlight adjusment, contrast, black levels adjusted, some burning, some dodging and a bit of sharpening and then the stretch crop. (measure it)
