Hi people, Here is my feeble attempt on a sunset.

I like the shot. The palm in the foreground adds to the shot. But the overall image is too noisy.

Thanks Faidoi :) What I meant is, having the full version that wont give me lossy JPEG compression when I save the pic :(

If you are talking about a paid version, you should look into NoiseNinja then.

Overall, I like it (didn't see the 'noisy' version). The one thing that stands out to me is the grey band of water. I don't know if this was from noise reduction or contrast/curves, etc.. or not. But, if it isn't that way in the original, I would consider masking that off from the processing. Aside from that, it is a nice sunset. Pretty colors, and as previously stated, the palm trees are a nice addition in the foreground (I could even do with more of them).

The horizon bisects the picture. Generally it's recommended that you emphasize either the sky or the water by including most of that you want to viewer to focus on (e.g. 2/3 of picture to include the sky), following the rule of threes.
Otherwise, I think it's nice.
