Canon EF 24-105mm f/4.0L IS

I decided 10F is double digits - more than warm enough to visit water falls!! Bond Falls to be exact.

Bond Falls is near Paulding, MI. Paulding? Yes, Paulding. Home of the famous Paulding Light.

Most of these are snapshotty, some are shotsnappy.

Happy and relatively warm:

A puzzle piece or an eagle. The interplay of water and cold air:

I liked the ice cap on this stick

The upper falls, too much cyan?:

Edit: didn't even notice the cyan until I saw the thumb.

I've never been to these falls - will have to put it on my agenda.

That's some schmoe who keeps standing behind my camera - I can't shake him. That's a rare infrontofcamera image of him; he looks like a green weeble all bundled up like that.

Thanks also to skiprow for the cropping suggestion on the tenacious image - you are more than right.

Hmmmm - I'm not liking too many of the main falls captures so I'll put this one up ...

Me and a small waterfall (I'm on the left), at the end of the adventure:

If I can convince myself I have a good main falls shot I'll put it up. If I can't convince myself I'll put one up anyway, just because I *know* y'all want me to. :-/

looks like you had a lot of fun JP. I'm thinking of taking a jaunt myself - over to Canyon Falls during the day Monday (I actually have a day off!)
Canyon Falls is not as impressive as what you have here, but it is a lot of fun in the winter time.

My mistake, I thought Falls was a verb and Bond was a proper name. Looking for a scoop on the new James Bond movie. LOL

lol - sorry for the thread name confusion.

Y'all thought you were done with me. Well, you're not. Here's the start of the "main sequence falls" ... sort of a hertzsprung-russell diagram for waterfalls. Well, maybe not.
