I know what it says, and basically understand what it says.
But...
If I wanted to fix a pix by extending the actual picture by adding pixels, is that legal?
Is adding pixels by cloneing, or paint and making a pix from say a 4 x 8 to a 4 x10 legal?
Does any of this make sense? How's my spelling?

Without seeing the image, this sounds like adding major elements.
If you'd like a specific ruling, you can open a ticket via the Contact page (under the help menu). Either upload a ZIP file with your original and proposed submission, or upload both to your Workshop folder and include links to them.
Thanks,

Yeah, thanks.
The pix in question is in a challenge, so I will just wait till it's over and present my question again.

No worries. I just figured if you're looking for a ruling from SC, that's the best way to go about it.
If the entry is currently in voting, you can also use the "Request Validation" feature to upload your original.
