I`ve just been to my profile and it says that my membership expires on the 20th January.

I`m only a registered User, do I need to sign-up as a site member to continue using the site and entering the open challenges?

I`ve only just entered my first challenge this week and I don`t fancy getting booted after one days voting.

This is just an error in the site, don't worry too much about it :)
Unpaid membership never expires.
