Sigma lens and teleconverter for sale (Canon)

OK, now that Christmas is over, perhaps some of you new Canon DSLR owners will be looking for a new lens...

Selling:
Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 EX APO IF HSM Canon mount
Sigma 1.4x dedicated teleconverter Canon mount
Both in excellent condition.

$650 for both, pay via PayPal and I will pay shipping.

If there are no "takers" within a few days, then it will go on ebay.

just to clarify this is the non-DG version correct? Either way it's a good buy.

That's correct - NON DG. This lens set was purchased last Christmas.

I bought that same lens about 6 weeks ago, but mine came with a 2x converter. I am very happy with the lens. It's sharp as a tack, focuses quitely and quickly, and is very solidly built. I was worried that image quality using the converter would suffer a lot but you can look at my Triptych entry to see what the combo can do when the light is good. The 1.4x should be better. It has one of my favorite design features in a zoom - the lenght of the lens does not change so you are not pumping dusty air in & out whenever you zoom. Check it's gallery: Sigma 70-200 f2.8

If it doesn't sell here it will probably go for more on ebay.
