| i bought from walmart a digital vivitar35 ($19.97) just to have around to shoot misc photos-it comes with usb cable and a program but my computer (which is a dell with windows xp)notes that it has encountered a problem with this software-is there something i am missing? i emailed vivitar support but ain't heard nothing from them |

| What does it say the requirements for the softare are? What does it say is missing? |

| the requirements for the little disc say that i need a windows 2000 or windows xp( i have windows xp)-the error message has been reported to windows but i have not received any info on what could be wrong- i am new to computers so i thought i might be doing something wrong-i had no trouble uploading my finepix stuff for my main camera |

Probably just need a new driver. Nothing on a Vivitar site?

| nothing on the site to help upload software-i was able to email customer support but i have not heard from them yet |
