Well I just gots me first Rebel. I am so flipping excited I can hardly contain it. Anyway, if anybody out there has suggestions on how to best get aquainted with the new love of my life, please feel free. I am looking for some beginner type excersises, or neat little outings that can give me a quick feel for the differences between my P and S, and then this (300D).

P.S. And a quick little shout out to Colette, who made my Christmas super sweet. Thank you so much Colette for parting with it. XOXO.

Actually that should have been done when shipping was confirmed or at least while the battery is charging.

Bust out some nice long expose candle light pictures if you're wanting to see what it can really do tonight.

Fun fun, congrats!

Go to the Canon site. There's a little course on the digital Rebel I believe. I looked at it a while back and it seemed pretty good for starters.
