You have been experiencing consistent, intermittent slowdowns and/or stoppages of the dpchallenge website due to a faulty router.
DavidC is attempting to locate the faulty router by swapping out routers one at a time with a known good one. He's also jiggling some cables.
The graph below illustrates the problem.
