The ratio for wallet size is 3.5 x 2.5. |

Yup, same width as a business card. Wallets are designed around 'em. Business cards are usually 3.5 x 2 though, pictures a little more square. The 3.5 is the part you don't want to increase.

3.5" x 2.5" is more the Trading Card size, my wallets are normally 2"x3"

No not inches but ratio. Like a 4" x 6" print is 2 x 3, etc. |

Aaah OK now I understand, yes I normally print 4 wallets on a 4"x6" print. I set them up myself in Photoshop and print them for 19c as a 4x6 rather than a 4-up which costs a lot more.

i use winkflash - the do the hard work, 39 cents for 4 wallets. 2x3 i believe.

Pleasure, I do a lot of wallets so it is more cost effective and not a problem if you set up an action in Photoshop.
Edit to add, I do my online printing with Dotphoto.com

I do the same thing with wallets - 4 per 4x6 for cheap.
