Crop it to 32x32 pixels and make it an icon. |

You're supposed to size it down to DPC regs, so make a copy of it and resize it (flatten layers) and save for web <150kb and email to Lee. |

Doc: I did remove the "dark" image. I agree yours is also dark, but not as dark as the one I removed.
I've been peeking at the entries so far! THEY'RE GREAT!!! Good job everybody.
Unfortunately annah has been having trouble receiving her image. I'm not sure if it's on my end or hers (could be a bad router ;-) ). Does anyone have an FTP site we could post to? Doc, could you try sending it to her from your end? I'm frustrated that I can't get the image to her, I was really looking forward to their battle. I'm going to provide an extension to their group if it's OK with all of the other contestants.

I received your full size version. I would prefer the compressed version so that I don't introduce undesirable results by compressing it myself. That way you can control the final look of your image that I'm going to post for voting. Once voting begins, then you send your full size version to your opponent so you can be on equal ground to start the next round.

OK, I'm still confused, sorry :-)
when I've finished my image and the voting begins, i then have to send it to my opponent and he is going to send his full size version on to me and we then have to manipulate that image?
I thought we were going to have new images to manipulate?
I don't care either way, i'm just being a bit slow at the moment.

My understanding is that you will be manipulating the winning entry from your pairing during the second round. If the winner is your entry, you already have the full-sized version. If it's your opponent's entry, you won't have it until your opponent sends it to you. So, if we're ladies and gentlemen about this, sending your full-sized, edited submission from the current voting round to your opponent will allow you time to begin editing...make sense?
