Someone here on DPC recomended My Music Inc a few weeks ago when I had asked about a good music download site. I went. I gave my information. I tried to download. I failed (aparently doesn't work on Safari) I asked for help through tech support (nonexistent) I later contacted cutomer service (also nonexistent} on multible occasions for a refund with no reply.

I just sent them this message:
I have emailed you on numerous occasions and still no reply. I still have not recieved an email and have never been able to download a product from you. Your tech support apparently works as well as your customer service, ie it is nonexistant. I have began posting your actions, or lack of them on several blogs. In this way when anyone does a search for your website the posts will come up on the same page. Please rectify this situation as soon as posible. Right now you are wasting my time and have stolen my money. Martin.

It was a debit card. I'll go to the bank and fill out a fraud form on Monday. It's just such BS. In the time I waste trying to recover $33 I could probably make $300. It's the point of it though.

What about trying an alternate browser such as firefox just for the sole purpose of downloading music? Is there some reason why you have to use safari?

Mute point. The My Music Inc is a ripoff in the fact that they represent themselves as haveing customer and tech support when in reality they have none. I don't have to use it, but I like Safari.
