Do you shoot in sRGB or Adobe RGB???

Was in the camera shop drooling this weekend & the guy was saying that Adobe is far better with more tones & bla bla bla. The thing is that in all my applications I need sRGB as the output. He said to change it later in my workflow to lose the least amount of color.

What do you all think?

Starting with the most information gives you more leway with adjustments. Just like shooting RAW and converting to 16 bits/channel will give you more leway over 8 bits per channel.

thanks! I guess you are right. I did change it over but wasn't really sure about it...
(Had no clue of the guy's intelligence behind the counter either!!!) ;0)
