Okay, I need some help from the parents out there. My 5 year old godson is turing into a pretty solid little photographer. Every time I'm home, he wants to use my D70. He's actually pretty darned good too. :) I just hold the camera for him, he composes the shot, and gets a bit of help when he wants to press the shutter. :)

When I was last home, I promised him I'd get him a digital camera for Christmas. I'll be giving him my old Canon A40. He's thrilled, and talks about little else when I call. :)

I'd like to also get him a book for his birthday on the 18th. Again he's 5, but reads at the 7-8 year old level. Anyone have any ideas?
