Hey all. I'm shooting an indoor soccer match tomorrow and wondered if anyone had any advice on lighting? I'm shooting with a D50. The lighting will be crappy gym lighting and I'm a beginner. Any advice is welcome!!

Thanks,

IF they let you, use a flash, assuming that they are close enough for a flash to be effective.
Use wides aperatures that you have to get the highest shutter speed to freeze motion.

And lastly, use high ISO, probably about 800 or 1600.

Good luck
