| Just curious... When you're framing an 8x10 how many inches of matting do you use? I've been using 3" but it seems too little now. |

| I use whatever it takes to get to 11x14 (ready made frames are less expensive!) |

I usually run about 3 inches sides and top and 3 1/2 inches bottom. ON really big prints I use more, but that's about what I use in the 10-12 inch (long dimension) print range. I don't use ready-made frames.
