Playing around today. Would like to get more of an "industrial" look. Any ideas? I already desaturated the color - not sure where to go from here. Working with Elements 2, but CS is in Santas sled so thats an option too. Any plug ins helpful here?
I also forgot how to make the link hot too

inbetween your thumb tags, just put the image ID, not the whole url.

I am not sure about making it industrial, however I really like this edit of it framed. I adjusted some colors.

BTW when you are making your post, there are 5 little symbols above the box. If you click on the one on the farthest to the right a popup will come up. Just put the number of the photo in there and click OK, it will do it for you.

Here's a straight version and a "litho" version:
 
Straight version was sharpened with focus magic, neat imaged slightly, and hue/sat was used in yellow and red channels to pop the colors. A gradient was applied to the sky on a duplicate layer and faded.
The litho version used a xero-plugin on top of the straight version, on a duplicate layer, and the layer was set to "dissolve" and faded.

I started with the b/w that you posted, and added a couple of Hue/Sat/Lightness adjustment layers, set to 'colorize' (basically, duotoned it).
One layer was blue, blending mode color, set to 95% opacity. The second was kind of sepia set to normal blending mode at 60%.
Other than that, I added noise 15% gaussian, and faded to 90%. Topped off with a curves adjustment layer.
Everything done in PaintShop Pro X.
