I want to create posters from my photos that have writing underneath.

See example

Does anyone do this that can give me some suggestions about the best way to do it for many photos? I'm guessing the answer will be Photoshop and that I'll have to do it one-by-one if the comments are to be different. But I just wondered if there is a batch process that can create the poster and save it is a separate file and then I would just need to change the text. Just thought I'd ask.

Run the batch to create the posters in PS then edit them individually to add the text.

Create an action for creating the poster canvas around an image.
Select all the images you want posters from
Select the batch tool in which you can choose an action to run
Let it run.

Add the text to each once this process is finished.
