Over a month ago, I ordered a 16 x 20 canvas from them for a mother of a bride. On their website, they say that they ship out within 2 days. Well, I got my print 2 weeks later!!!! It looked horrible! The colors were way off and it was very pixelated! I could tell they messed with the original file! To top it all off......the print it's self isn't even 16x20.... it's more like 16x24!

I email them and tell them this. They email me back and tell me to resend the file, that they will be more than happy to reprint it for me. It has now been 3 weeks since I have heard anything from them! I tried calling, and they never answer the phone.... it's always a voice message. I tried emailing them twice, and no replies!! I have an angry customer, who has been patient up to this point. This makes me and my business look bad. I don't even want a reprint of the print, I would just like the money I paid for this print back. But, I can't even get a hold of anyone to tell them this.

To top it all off, I find that they have a unsatisfactory standing with the BBB and that there have been 3 reported cases of this sort of thing. If I would've known this sooner.....

My problem is, now I have to pay almost twice what I paid there to get this canvas print reprinted from another company (which I don't have - due to X-mas) and then TRY to find a way to get my money back from them. Paypal won't even help me (I paid them through paypal) because I have "A product" in my hands. In order for them to help me.... I have to send the print back with insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation etc etc.... and then I can TRY to do the dispute claim again because I don't have the product in hand. BUT - and it's a BIG BUT!!! They may not even be able to help me then!

I am so pissed - I could smack someone!

I just wanted to warn any of you that may be looking into canvas prints.... don't go to this company. You will only get dicked around.

Grrrrrr

Sorry to hear that but thanks for posting it. I wonder how many people they have burned who didn't take any action. I hate scum who take advantage of their customers like that. Hope it works out for you.

Can't you just print it here at DPCPrints? I did a 20x30 here and loved how it turned out.

You can't print on canvas at DPCPrints. ezPrints (DPCPrints backend) may allow that or have something that would produce a similar result.
