| I am saving up to get a Nikon 50. I just want to know who has one or what do you know about the Nikon 50. |

| I looked at them, and then looked at the D70. Ended up with what I have lol. We have a family friend who does professional photography and he has the D70. Nikon's a great camera. Go try them out before you buy. Test everything out. That's what I was told, which I did. |

Missinseattle, I have the E-300. I haven't even seen the E-500 in stores around here yet. I wanted to Nikon D-70. My brother has one, and I still covet it. But, it was out of my price range, and I got a good deal on my E-300 and an extra lens.
Iwonenergy, you might want to consider the Olympus E-300. I've been happy with it so far, and it's on sale a lot of places because of the E-500 coming out. I saw it at Circuit City not long ago for only $599. I got it elsewhere with the 40-150mm lens for not a lot more than that.

I'm not looking for a new camera, i'm very pleased with my RebelXT :-)
