A couple of questions .. Will the pictures show on the camera in view mode? How are you transferring them to your computer via USB from camera or a card reader? Have you used this card before? HAve you made any changes to your computer config?

Try downloading a demo of RescuePro from FILERECOVERY.com. I believe this is the same program that ships with SanDisk's larger cards.

No they aren't showing up on the camera or computer. Im transferring them with a card reader, yes i've had this card for a few months, and I haven't done anything to my computer. (I have 2 more cards and the photos are showing up fine)

You may have to use image recovery software on the card. I'm no expert on recovery software, so I can't make a recommendation.

Definitely sounds like a problem with the card, so yeah RescuePro is your only real hope. I wish you the best of luck.

I bought BadCopy Pro downloaded for 24 bucks last weekend because I had the same thing happen to me. Worked a treat. Got all my stuff back.
It recovers all kinds of media, floppy disk (whatever that is), hard-disk, CD/DVD. Seemed like a good utility to have around.
You have to have a card reader or a camera that appears as a drive under explorer. Also note that it does not recover the file name...labels them as file01 file02 etc... but I got all my pics back.
Even had to use it twice that weekend as we was teaching the Mom-in-Law how to xfer from here sony stick to computer and she deleted instead of moved or copied...
Edit: Opps too late
