Just uploaded mine! Very good concept and execution. Just don't know if the actual photo will do it for you guys and gals....we'll see!

i'm waiting for my batter pack to charge then i am shooting mine.
I've actually got 3 ideas i am gonna shoot. And a 4th that i'm not prepared to try.
What kind of person does that make me hahah.

OK, I have resubmitted mine about 6 or 7 times. The same photo, just a different editing take on it. Can't wait to see what the voters will think of it...

yep, same here. I think it's ok now. ;)

by the way, a last-day-entry is pretty nice. I got the chance to think about the way I wanted to do this challenge & what techniques to use. I think I might do this next time again :D

Haha..I'm in...and I have my verification picture ready. Because I can garuntee(sp?) that every person will think I cheated. Oh well...I'm in the clear, so it's all good.

I'm not sure how mine will be taken...who knows.

I had 'one of those days' while shooting cheater today

to set things up i decided i needed to susupend a light - never had a boom - so - make one out of a light stand - trying to juggle the flash boom counter weight - i bump into my 'drip' reservoir .. water in the container half full- at 8' high falls & lands upsidedown on top on my junk desk (work in progress/ a place to put things that are not in use...) a liter (quart) of water douses everything -- (ontop of a 10 outlet powerbar as well) aaagaghhhhh.....

clean clean throwout throwout ...

take my cheat picture (good one 5.5 anyway .. ) save it --
make backups (a month behind) inadvertantly DELETE my Even picture
aagghhh...

set up Even & reshoot & be dmnd if i can get it the same ....

sunday ... aghh..

I'm in, and if you'd like me to save you all some time, you can just hand over that brown ribbon right now! :P

here's my self-defeating rant:
This photo is not like what I usually do, and it's bugging me to no end!!! The idea was good, but to execute it the way I pictured it I'd need a DSLR and wide angle lens. Drat! And then as far as execution, well, I won't go there right now because then it will be totally obvious which one is mine. I'm so not-happy with this photo, and I know people are going to say "you should burn these areas" and I can't tell them that I spent hours burning them and otherwise darkening them, and it didn't have a noticable effect. Aargh!!! Pisser! .....

But, the good news is that my birthday's tomorrow and Christmas is coming up, so there may be a DSLR in my near future...(heck, even if I get coal in my stocking, a DSLR is in my future. I can't go on like this!!!)
