1/5000 second f/8 Manual exposure
Manual focus @ 70mm
ISO 200
Flash: yes (sb-600 Manual 1/64th power)

I know these aren't that good, but I just put everything away and it's all I have heh...

droplet (yes i know I need to clean the spicket heh)


a crop, image at 100% size, not resized, not sharpened...

The cropped section reminds me of this water, frozen :-)



How did you manage to synch a flash at 1/5000 sec?

i think he means 1/500th, that's the sync speed of the d50

you just put tape over the contacts and use it in manual mode.

WHy not just use high speed sync, or a dark room and a low power setting at xsync speed?
