My self Googlization only led back to dpc.

When I first was getting into photography I started my website just with what Earthlink gave me and one night I was at a buddies house and he was showing me his new highspeed connection (it's been awhile) and googled me (Scott Bacon) to see how fast he could find my page. Weird enough he found a Scott Bacon, that is also a photographer, that lives in my home state of Colorado. Scott Bacon Photography Too weird! (he's much better though)

After I saw his beautiful work I almost hung up my camera lol, but decided to continue and to make sure I don't get confused with his work I made my site Scott Alan Bacon's Photography. I actually contacted him and told him about my findings, he looked at my images and offered to take me out shooting next time I'm in Colorado...dang wished I'd remembered that last week while there :(

LOL... I self-googled and found all kinds of references. My last name is rather uncommon and it's a safe bet that most of us can trace our roots to the same place. I actually found someone with the exact same name as me and he's a captain on a luxury high-speed cruise boat in North Sumatra. According to the website he can "provide a photo service with his Canon EOS digital camera" now THAT'S bizarre. Another guy with my same name (first and last) is a race car driver.

Did you google Palmetto Pixels?

I think Alfreso googled his dpc name, not his real name.

I googled Bren and found out I have a Light Machine Gun named after me. Too funny!

"The Bren Gun is spoken of with affection by every British soldier who ever used one, and with good reason."

Hehehehe..I have done many google searches for friends but when I do mine I find I am the only one under my name on the web. I don't know if that is good or bad. And yet I do know of another relative with the same name as me. Oh well.
