It is a very nice picture though I'm trying to think of what would make it less static. The bridge is a little too central for me though I like how the branch on the right mimics it's shape. It could be that the space to the left of the building doesn't seem to add anything to the image. That could probably be cropped a bit putting the building more in line with the left third division.
I think maybe a more angled view on to the bridge would make it more dynamic leading the viewer more into the image rather than just presenting them with a straight on view. Just a thought.

It may not of been what you were looking for in the way of feedback. It's just what I see.
Other perspectives may not be possible due to the location of the trees etc. but it may be worth exploring.
Keep shooting.
