Hello,
When printing in Photoshop, is it better to choose your printer in the options dialog box? Or..is there a better setting?
Also, on the "Rendering Intent" ...what is the best option?
Edit...I have a Canon IP5000
Thanks,
KenSkid

I always let PhotoShop determine colours but the trick is having the correct profile to correspond to the paper ink combination you are using. I mostly use Ilford paper and get ICC profiles for my printer right from their site. For rendering intent I always use Relative Colormetric with Black Point Compensation checked. This is the default I do believe. I use a Canon i9900.
