I am completely ignorant when it comes to printing.
I am more than hapy to use the online service, or use the photolab who gives me personal service and great discounts.
I have been asked to do pictures of kids on Santa's lap. The local lifestyle center is hiring a "professional" Santa. I'd like to be able to produce sleeved prints on the spot of about A4 size, without breaking the bank.
So I ask the experts here at DPC, Which printer and what paper would you suggest?
Thanks. |

Nobody?
I am looking at the Canon IP5000. All I see are good reviews.
Do I have to use Canon paper, or would HP paper work? |

I have a Canon IP6000D and have never used Canon paper. Picked up some Kodak paper from CostCo and fairly happy with it.

Canon 960i here. I use mainly Kodak paper from Costco but do use some specialty papers at times. Like the Canon so much I may upgrade to the 9900 soon. |
