Due to the large volume of Harford County residents who provided photographs, our task of selecing the finalists for printing was very difficult; however, I am please to inform you that one of your photographs has been selected for use in the calendar and has been forwarded to the printer for incorporation.

Pretty cool. The letter started out the same as the rejection letter last year. I guess they do that, just to trick you.
This calendar gets mailed to every resident of the county.
