| I don't have much extra cash cause I'm in the process of buying a condo, but I really need a Photoshop program. I see Photoshop Elements 4.0 on Ebay for $10. Does this sound right? Is this a bad idea? Is there any place that sells it for less than $100? Thanks. |

I would be concerned whether it is legit or not at such a low price. Check into the seller to see if they are ok as well.

| Software for "steal" prices on eBay is almost certainly exactly that. If you care about software developers, find a way to buy it "above board." Do you qualify for an educational discount? There are some great deals to be had, legally, if you're in any way a student, or affiliated with a college, university, or K-12 school district. |

Go with the GIMP, //www.gimp.org ... it's FREE, much cheaper than full-blown photoshop and much more powerful than Photoshop Elements.
