| Any ideas on how to get the best skin tone colour in B&W using PS7? Thanks in advance;) |

| I always over expose the picture in ps by aprox 1+ and then make it b/w with loving saturate in "Hue/ saturate" until I am satisfied and after that use "brightness/ contrast". But if i want to have it light b/w I use neat image to illuminate all noise because sometime the noise grove stronger. :) (Excuse my bad English) |

I always used to do this - hue/saturate and desat by 80%. Hue shift the tones to approximately where you think they look good and desat the rest of the way to make sure. Note what hue you shifted to. (-30, 56, etc) then go back to the original, hue shift the same amount, then convert to greyscale. Works like a charm.
However, there are b/w converters that will work too - I use the Nik Color Efex and the b/w converter does "spectrum" adjustments for just this sort of thing.
