Well, starting out at 9.333 after the first three votes, I thought I was doing great. Looks like it's headed back to normal though. Here's the current:

6.9 after 79 votes is NORMAL? You can usually pin your score within .2 after 70 votes, is my experience, so you're looking at top 20 almost for sure, maybe way better. Sheesh...

ok...so i screwed my own entry up. it was in sharp focus then I tried to do a soft glow effect(with usm and gaussian blur) and am getting OOF comments. I was afraid of that going in. oh well...live and learn. another technique down the tubes for me

| Don't get me wrong, I'll be ecstatic if it stays up! It is already higher than I've had before! I haven't entered enough to figure how much the score will drop through the voting, but thanks for the encouragement. |

Got my FIRST - and only so far - comment this past hour. Nice feeling and nice comment, but does not tell me why it is hovering around 4.5. LOL Oh well, another without much to learn from it, other than I do SOMETHING wrong with each one lately! Only - and truly - wish someone would tell me why they are voting so low on it. Hope that changes, and soon! Still nice to get the first comment on this one though, so smiling a little anyway!! LOL
