ISO 400? 800? 3200? What's acceptable in your experience/opinion?

Well i think they are all acceptable in my opinion it depends on the type of picture you are going for, at 3200 the grain is noticable but its worst when you crop, or print big, 400 and 800 are not really noticealbe with the camera you and I both have, i have much experience trying to get grain per the last challenge, hope this helps eslaydog but maybe you are better then ????
