make sure the automatically parse url's is on or use the "insert hyperlink" icon above....very cute image I don't like the silver/gray thing to the left and maybe a curve adjustment would make the image really pop.

Oh ty for reminding me lol, I keep forgetting lately!
Is the coloring okay? I'm thinking of getting this blown up for my dad for his birthday. I'll be posting another shortly. One for all the grandparents for Christmas. Then again I'm getting my new camera here in the next week so I may have something better.

yes, I'm going with the Olympus E-500. I went and found an E-300 and fell in love today lol. Felt just right. I THOUGHT I had my heart set on the D70, but after holding the E-300 I decided to go with the E-500. I'll be ordering it by friday hopefully and I'm really hoping it comes before we leave for NC next week.
Here's the photo I'd like to give to family for Christmas. If anyone thinks anything needs to be tweaked or fixed please let me know. I'm blowing it up as an 8x10 and framing it.
In the trees
I just noticed it looks REALLY blurry though! I don't remember it looking that blurry when I downloaded it from my camera. |

well maybe not curves, didn't work like I expected. It seems a little bright to me. I adjusted the levels some (added red for warmth) and cropped out the left side. I'm not sure if my crop will work for what you want it for. I think it is a very cute image for a grandparent, he is going to love it.
Maybe see if the lab blowing it up can do any adjustments.
edit since picture was removed from portfolio

Would it be better in B&W or Sepia?
This is the ONLY grandchild on both sides by the way lol. ANYTHING looks good to the grandparents. She could be grinning with food hanging out of her teeth and they'd think she was perfect lol. |
