To those that have used both of these raw converters, which would you recommend? Are these two any better than the one shipped with PSCS2?

I'm trying out the RSE 2005 and when I choose what program to automatically open the processed raw image, I choose PSCS2 but the OK button is greyed out. What gives? Is this feature only available in the Premium Version?

Comments pls. What made you decide to pick one over another?

Thanks,

Henry

I use Phase One Capture One Pro and I am very happy with it. I am not sure about the LE version but the full version saves me quite a bit of time. It beats Photoshop and Nikon Capture (my other raw converter) because of the fast real time preview available. It also allows batch processing, curve editing, and you can work on other images while a batch is being processed. Highly recommended.

You would have to pry my C1 out of my cold dead hands!

Never used C1, but the new Raw Shooter Premium also has curves/levels adjustment, batch, background, compare settings, etc....

Have been playing with it over the weekend, I like it.

This thread actually made me think whether to buy the premium or C1. I still haven't decided. Last day today to get RSE at $59.

I think there are at least three threads on this subject....... the price is right for RS upgrade - I'd recommend it for raw shooters. Yes today is the last day for reduced advertised price.

RawShooter Premium: does it keep the promices?
